Anna-Lou “Annie” Leibovitz was born on October 2, 1949. Annie is an American portrait photographer.

I would like to say that I’m pretty good at capturing nature and I’d agree that it takes a lot of practice to get the right shots. People or portraits I feel that I observe and capture candid more realistic moments rather than posed.

Everyone has a point of view. Some people call it style, but what we’re really talking about is the guts of a photograph. When you trust your point of view, that’s when you start taking pictures. – Annie Leibovitz

I most definitely trust my point of view and I know that’s why others also enjoy my photography and have for many years. It has taken a considerable amount of time and practice but I find I’m quite good at this, in showing my point of view.

This is the main reason I take so many pictures is so I can capture as many of these moments of life. Every piece I capture tells part of my story and the more I get the more I tell you of my life and hopefully the more you’ll see. Annie Leibovitz is a wonderful photographer that I’ve always admired.
