Mark Twain Once Said…

Samuel Langhorne Clemens or aka pen name Mark Twain was born on November 30, 1835 and died on April 21, 1910. Mark was an American writer, humorist, entrepreneur, publisher, and lecturer probably best known for Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn.

Politicians and diapers must be changed often, and for the same reason. – Mark Twain

This is probably hands down one of the best quotes I’ve ever read and it came from Mark Twain. How true is this especially this year. Think about it politicians and diapers definitely need to be changed often and I don’t think that some are changed often enough. They’ve been stinking for quite a long time and in desperate need of a change. What do you think? This election for 2020 has definitely allowed us to see bright and clear what two year old looks like and he continues to act like one by not conceding the election. Just sad and embarrassing.

Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. – Mark Twain

It is true that if one of your senses is diminished then the other senses tend to increase to allow one to make up for what they lack. And yes kindness, true kindness can be heard and seen and most definitely felt. It is something that I feel is lacking in today’s society and something we need to look at bringing forward. If there was more kindness and respect things would be better overall, that is how I feel at least.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. – Mark Twain

Courage does not state nor mean that there is no fear, or one is resistant or a master of fear. I don’t think it is possible to be completely resistant to fear or master of fear. It would be difficult to prove this. Fear is something that differs depending on the person and experiences. There are certain factors in personality or those who may seem to outwardly not have fear. Personally I don’t think it’s natural.
