Challenge yourself it’s the only path which leads to growth. – Morgan Freeman

Without challenges in ones life it is difficult to grow as a person. There are many things that bring on challenges whether it’s school, relationships, work or something that you challenged yourself with. It is what we learn when we try new things, try different things, experience whatever that adds to our growth and makes us more multidimensional.

Never discredit your gut instinct. You are not paranoid. Your body can pick up on bad. – Morgan Freeman

One of my favorite things to say is to go with your gut because it is your bodies way of giving you a warning. I think people sense when things aren’t going well and we often ignore the signs until more often than not it’s too late. But I have learned many times to listen to what my body is telling me, how it’s responding.

Sometimes, no matter how nice you are, how kind you are, how caring you are, how loving you are, it just isn’t enough for people. – Morgan Freeman

I often do feel that at times but I still find myself wanting or trying to be kind, caring, loving. I don’t think there’s enough kindness, understanding, good people in this world. So I’m kind, not always but a good part of the time because more people respond or react to kindness than being a bitch.
