Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born on April 15, 1990. Emma is an English actress, model, and activist. Most know Emma for playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series and I do believe she was perfect for the role.

I know that one needs to work hard in order to get where they want to go or do what they want to do and be who they want to be. This is why I write every single day is so my message is out there just waiting for the right reader to read me, for the right person who needs to heed my words. I want to help and inspire and I want to be read.

I have experienced many things, traumas which have tore into me and made me fear many things. Fear to go out in public, fear to trust other people, fear to carry on at times but I have had hope. That hope has guided me, fueled me to rise above the fear and expose the source. I’m not sure I’ve overcome my fears as of yet but I am surely on my way to doing so, every day I survive.

Emma Watson was appointed UN Goodwill Ambassador in 2014 and with that started the campaign HeForShe for the advancement of gender equality. Gender equality is not about man hating and even Watson said so herself. It is one of the many things that needs to be fixed in our world. We are all human no matter what religion, sex, the color of our skin and we want to be treated as equals. I think I’m not alone in wanting peace, in wanting the hate to stop, in wanting a better future and more possibilities.
