Drew Barrymore Once Said…

Drew Blythe Barrymore was born February 22, 1975. Drew is an American actress, producer, director, author, model, and entrepreneur.

When I lay my head on the pillow at night,l I can say, ‘I was a decent person today.’ That’s when I feel beautiful. – Drew Barrymore

I think that’s what makes people attractive is being a decent person…even more than the minimum but really being someone that is kind. I’ve always thought I was a kind person and I know no one is perfect and we all have bad days but I feel if the good, truly good outweigh the bad that’s what reflects on you as a person and that speaks volumes to your character.

Everyone is a butterfly , they start out ugly and awkward and then morph into beautiful graceful butterflies that everyone loves. – Drew Barrymore

No truer words can be spoken about life. Although I feel that there are some cute babies I also believe we all start out awkward and as we develop we grow into the person we are. Our character, what we do, morals, etc all affects how people perceive us so it’s wise to be kind and not just think for yourself. Try to see the good in people. I’m not saying that there’s no one that’s truly evil and or not worth knowing. I do know I’ve met plenty of those people in life and I do wish I had opened my eyes sooner.

There’s something liberating aboreut not pretending. Dare to embarrass yourself. Risk. – Drew Barrymore

Sometimes in life one does have to pretend to be happy….the fake it until you make it does help. I feel that when we are true to who we are and good people that it is liberating because it is rewarding to be good. That’s what most people want to be around is someone who will lift you up, not put you down.
