Mark Elliot Zuckerberg was born on May 14, 1984. Mark is an American internet entrepreneur and philanthropist and one of the co-founders of Facebook.
I think this is a philosophy that many bosses should consider and no it’s not easy being someone’s boss but it does make it easier if you can relate with who you are working with and you aren’t just a cog on the wheel. People like to be recognized and to know that they’re heard and if this is true of Mark that he hires people that he would work for that is a grand quality and says a lot about his character. I feel in life that I treat people how I want to be treated and when I’m treated equally we get along better and there’s a closer relationship.
Another wise statement about taking risks. One needs to take risks, put your neck out there, draw, write, sing, talk, do whatever it is so we can be seen, heard and felt. Life means taking risks and if we’re not risking we’re not living.
I believe what Mark is trying to say is that we should do what we love or what we’re passionate about and that things, other things will fall into place. I know that people are generally happier doing something that they enjoy doing that inspires them rather than doing something that they don’t want to do. The job seems less like a job and more of a passion. And when your job feels like something that you don’t want maybe you should look at what you’re doing or what you want to do to figure out what it is that you need to be doing and do it.
