Bing Crosby Once Said…

Harry Lillis “Bing” Crosby Jr. was born on May 3, 1903  and died on October 14, 1977. Bing was an American singer, comedian and actor.

There is nothing in the world I wouldn’t do for Hope, and there is nothing he wouldn’t do for me… We spend our lives doing nothing for each other. – Bing Crosby

Hope is something that we all have and some of us hold dear. When I was living in Corpus Christi I went to a farmers market and bought a wooden plaque that had “Hope is the Anchor to the Soul” which I hold dear because I hold onto hope in my life. It’s the one thing that keeps us going. So I don’t know if I agree with Bing in that hope doesn’t do anything for us, I believe hope helps inspire us and helps keep us driven.

Listen a lot and talk less. You can’t learn anything when you’re talking. – Bing Crosby

One of the most important things in learning is listening and a lot of people have issues listening which in turn prevents us from learning. We must listen in order to learn.
